We finished "The Bet" yesterday (Sept 3). Students were to sketch a diagram of the place they could stay if they had to live 15 years in solitude. They also created a reading response sheet and wrote about things they would be willing to give up three years of their life for. Next up is "The Pedestrian" by Ray Bradbury. We will be writing and discussing themes from the story.
